Description

Comfortable, spacious and bright ground floor apartment, facing a pleasant garden, in the green of a private loop, very quiet and safe.
The apartment has one large bedroom, a complete bathroom with tub, a living room with a sofa bed (queen size) and a little space, opening on the dining room, with a spare bed. The kitchen is completed, with oven and Microwave.
TV, Dvd player, CD player, VCR, washing machine: all new furnishing, lightly and confortably.
Central Heating and fan in each room.
Italian and English books, guide books and maps available in the apartment.

Neighborhood

The "Trionfale" neighborhood is in the Upper West Side of the city. The apartment is very closed to public transportation ( 4 bus lines around the corner , Station "Gemelli" of the urban train FM3, 5 minutes) , and 5 minutes walk to Policlinico “ Father A. Gemelli” the Catholic University’s Hospital and its prestigeous Medical School.
Shops, restaurants and pizza just around the corner.
St. Peter 10 minutes, Spanish steps less than 20 minutes by public transportation. Car is not raccomanded.
The urban park of IL PINETO , the pinewood, is closed by.


About Us

I am a middle age High school teacher and I have two daughters. Caterina is a physician and Giovanna is studing Economics in Milan.
I live and work in the Northern part of Italy, in Modena, the town of Balsamic Vinegar, Pavarotti and Ferrari cars, and during the summer in Tuscany, where I have a nice little place near the sea.

Destination

the exchange can be non-simoultaneus and the date are flexible, because I'm semi-retired.
Interested in every destination, after New year Eve in the Carrabien
