Description

It is a 750 squared feet appartement, well located in Montreal. It has been constructed in 2006. Near subway, theaters, restaurants and festivals. All activities can be done by walking.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed. In the living room, there's a sofa bed. So, sleeps confortably 3 to 5 persons. There is a mobile unit of air conditioner. The appart is well equiped : tv, dvd, internet,washing and drying machine...

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is very interinsting. You can walk to go see a movie, to go eat at a restaurant or to go to the festivals. Really interesting for the nightlife and the day life. Museums, shopping are really easy.

We share a backyard with others. Families a more than welcome and kids can play outside. It is a kid friendly environnement.

About Us

I am a teacher wanting to travel with my 12 years old daughter. We have hollydays all summer long, during july and august. I would like to exchange with another family or couple for a few weeks.

I have a cat living in the appartement. I have a car, but I am not sure yet about exchanging it. I need more infos about the process.

I speak french and english and a few words in spanish.

I am seeking fro an exhange in south or central america, but am flexible about destinations.
