Description

We live in a big and bright apartment (120 sq. meters) in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of the city (very central). We have 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and 1 single bed), a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. We have all appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave), 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, two computers with high speed Internet, video games, etc. Our car is a Honda Civic 2006 (standard – up to 5 people).

Neighborhood

Our apartment is at a walking distance from the historic part of the City, city parks (especially the beautiful historic "Plaines d'Abraham", where the English defeated the French in 1759), as well as shopping districts, grocery stores, drugstores, cafés, etc. It is a lively and trendy neighbourhood, and it is also the home of the Parliament building and a national museum.

At the crossroads between Europe and North America, Québec City is a modern and dynamic city. Flanked on one side by the St. Lawrence River and the other by the Laurentians (mountains), and dotted with numerous lakes, rivers, and forests, the Quebec City area offers a multitude of sports and recreational activities all year-round. The city's vibrant cultural scene provides a rich selection of offerings year-round (numerous painters, sculptors, photographers, and multidisciplinary artists live and work in the city). You can also find major museums such as Musée du Québec and Musée de la Civilisation. Easy access to Montreal, Charlevoix and Saguenay regions.

About Us

We are a family of three: two federal public servants in their 30s and our son Antoine, 13.

Destination

We are looking for an exchange in the West Coast of Canada or USA. We prefer cities.
