Description

Our lovely 3 story, 5 bedroom family home is only 100m to beatiful Narowneck Beach. Close to Devonport village, which is a 10 minute ferry ride from central Auckland. Enjoy this mix of beach and city.
A large house designed for our family of 8, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 large lounges.
Our family of 2 adults & 6 children (age 5-20) are planning a trip to UK & Europe in 2008 (May to August) and are looking for house swaps for this time. Also hopefully a trip to Australia's Gold Coast in 2009.
We have bikes, unicycles, tennis gear, windsurfers & a canoe available for use, computers & internet connections, TV's, DVD, Game cube, trampoline, BBQ, playhouse, lots of games & books plus a great coffee machine.

Neighborhood

A quiet neighbourhood - very safe and friendly. A few minutes to beautiful beach, park & golf course. A short bus ride or walk to the lovely village of Devonport.
Auckland is only a few hours drive from many of the main tourist destinations in NZ - the Bay of Islands, Rotorua, Tauranga, Corromandel, Waitomo Caves, Raglan (my birth town) etc

About Us

We are self-employed business people - currently making educational games www.edugames.co.nz & selling unicycles www.unicycleshop.co.nz
We have 2 children at Auckland University, & the rest at local schools.

Destination

We're looking for a house in the UK from May 17 2008 for 3 weeks, and/or July 26 2008 for up to 5 weeks.
Also we're open to a short swap for a house in Spain around (Barcelona area) from 28 July 2008 for a week.

We will be away from NZ for all this time, so are open to non-simultaneous exchanges, and also different length exchanges (eg you can stay in our home for longer if you want)

We have an 8 seater van & small car available for swap if wanted.
