Detached one storey spacious open plan holiday home in a small seaside developement (2 years old).

Ideal for families with children of all ages. There are lots of board games, books and toys in the house.

Wood burning stove and central heating. Open plan kitchen/sitting room. Fenced garden to rear. Parking.

Appliances: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven/Cooker, Microwave, Keyboard.

Four bedrooms (2 double, 2 bunk); Bath, Ensuite with electric shower.

Neighborhood

Friendly neighbours with safe surroundings for play, cycling. Large open green area. The adjacent beach is small and very safe for swimming.

There is a local supermarket 5 minutes drive and it is just 15 minutes drive to the local town which has many good restaurants and shops.

Amenities: The surrounding area offers: Golf, mini golf, horse riding, large indoor swimming/leisure centre, amusements, fishing, sailing.

Beaches: It is a short drive to any of the magnificent Wexford sand-dune beaches.

Shopping: Dublin is about 1 hour and 20 minutes drive. Wexford Town is about 45 minutes. Rosslare ferryport is about 1 hour drive.

About Us

We are a professional couple with four great children. Kevin works as an accountant and Michelle is a nurse in a Dublin hospital. Our children are aged 12,11,8 and 5. We have spent our summer holidays in Wexford for the past 2 years and have had wonderful happy times there with our family. Many of our friends have stayed with us and also loved our house and its location.

As a family we enjoy walking, horse riding, swimming and reading. The children love cycling as well so we have lots of bikes for you to choose from!

We have a pet rabbit and a cat but our pets do not have to be part of the house exchange!

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange.

Our offer dates are flexible but we can only travel during July and August.

We are open to consider any destination but preferences would be European destinations.
