Downstairs comprises a large lounge with sat.TV, DVD & CD player.
Kitchen with microwave, gas/electric cooker, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Dining room with sat.TV. Newly erected sunroom with sat.TV, & shower room with toilet off. Rear garden with patio.

Neighborhood

Newton Poppleford is a pleasant Devonshire village 8 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter and 2 miles from the picturesque coastal resort of Sidmouth. The village has a Post Office, Church (C of E) two pubs and two restaurants. The national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy reach and the Eden Project
in Cornwall can be easily visited in a day.

About Us

Sally and Andrew and their Shih Tze Meggie have lived in Newton Poppleford since 2000. Sally was born in Kent many years ago and Andrew in Northern Ireland in 1937. Both enjoy walking and their ideal holiday locations are in areas of lakes and mountains. Since retiring in 1997 they have visited China and New Zealand and other European countries. Meggie does not always accompany them, but she is very fond of Scotland and Ireland.
