Description

Centrally located in Victoria, this home offers a comfortable setting to take advantage of all the sights of the island. This large Victorian two story home (2000 sq ft) has large windows, bright rooms and cosy features. Two spacious bedrooms, a living room with wood burning fireplace, an office, family/TV room, dining room with a gas fireplace and a newly updated kitchen with granite counters. One bathroom even has a soaker tub and rain shower.

This house comes with a friendly cat, who needs someone who will be willing to offer some attention to changing her water and food.

Neighborhood

Situated on a very quiet street, with only a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minute walk to a beautiful park and a golf course. The house is on a large lot, with off street parking, landscaped with lawns, specimen trees and large Oak trees.

About Us

I am a College Instructor and have an opportunity to complete a course at the London School of Tropical Medicine. I would be interested in exchanging homes with someone in or near London between the dates of March 15 to July 7, 2008. In exchange, I would also be happy to help out with or care for any pets.
