Beautiful, nice furnished and big apartment 2/2 located on Venetian Cswy in the heart of Miami Beach. Exclusive neighborhood. Beautiful views. Walking distance from supermarket, drug store, liquor store, restaurants, beach, movies, bars and night life.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located on a island with houses up to 10 million dollars. Nice building with swimming pool, on the bay, boat dock, restaurant on the premises of the building. 24hours security and valet parking.

About Us

Very clean and organized professional in my very early 40's. I am from Brazil but have been living in the US for the past 20 years. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English. I work in the entertainment business. I love my life and I first one enjoyment in life is travel.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange. I want to exchange for either Rio de Janeiro or Buzios. I want to stay in Rio from the 21st of december till 27th than go to Buzios till January 2nd.
Dates are a little bit flexible.
