Description

Our home is a lowset (bungalow) home set on 3/4 acre of lawns and gardens. It has 4 bedrooms, study , lounge and dining room, very large kitchen and family room with all mod-cons. It is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout.
A very private swimming pool completes the picture.

Neighborhood

Our home is in a very quiet, leafy court, with a state forest at the rear boundary. We have great neighbours and we are very supportive of each other.
All services and shops are within 5 minutes by car and a local bus service is within walking distance.
A ten minute drive brings you to Laguna Bay and the restaurant/tourist strip fronting Main Beach, or if you prefer the Banks of the Noosa River.
Within an easy drive are a number of attractive small townships offering markets etc.

About Us

My wife and I (Anne and Colin) are both retired, Anne having spent her working days in social work and myself in manufacturing management and consulting. We settled in Queensland in1969 having spent our early years in the UK (Chipping Sodbury, Barnstaple.)
We have numerous interests, tennis, golf, arts and crafts all of which can be enjoyed within a ten minute drive.
We have two sons and grandchildren living in Brisbane, and one son in Mackay, also with grandchildren.
Whilst we have yet to experience a home exchange we are well travelled to many parts of the world.
Whilst not perfectionists we are both very tidy and maintain our home and garden in excellent condition and appearance.
