Description

New house built in April 2004 but located less than 2 miles to the heart of Wichita. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (master bedroom includes master bath) and one large bedroom downstairs. There is also a study/computer room downstairs. The kitchen has all new appliances and the living/dining area has vaulted ceilings. The family room contains a ping pong table. Well insulated it is warm in winter and cool in summer and has a 2-car attached garage with opener.

Neighborhood

Walking distance to shops, mall, bowling, roller skating and more. 5-minute drive to the zoo or downtown, where we have theater, orchestra and lots of music and concerts. Only minutes to Botanica, Indian Museum, Exploration Place, Art Museum and more. The neighborhood is a family oriented neighborhood - very friendly and lots of kids. From Wichita there is much to explore in Kansas, including a space museum 45 minutes away in Hutchinson, the beautiful Flint Hills and boating on Lake Cheney.

About Us

My family is American/Australian with kids who have both nationalities. We like to experience new things and live life to the fullest each day. We have spent a lot of time exploring our city and state and believe it has a lot to offer a visitor.

Destination

Dates are extremely flexible!!! If visiting Australia we are always willing to go and spend time close to our family there. If visiting other countries, well, we just like to travel and see new places - dates are not important - we'll plan after making contact with you. If visiting Australia, first preference is Melbourne since that's where family is located but we'd also be open to anywhere else in Australia since I've travelled all over the country and love it all.
