Central location. Picturesque street with daily food market.Typical parisian appartment in an Hausmanian building (wooden floor, high ceilings, mouldings...). Very quiet, 67 sq meters, large dining/living room, one bedroom with double bed, full equipped kitchen, bathroom, separated wc, internet. Sunny, third floor overlooking a beautiful courtyard, concierge.

Neighborhood

Located in the 9th district, it' s very central and particularly close to Pigalle, Montmartre, Opéra and Les Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps).
The area is very busy with stores, cafes and restaurants ; it's safe and quiet at night as the flat is overlooking a private courtyard and not the street.
The nearest Metro is 1mn away, and almost every tourist site can be reached walking (if you like walking a bit of course).
Bikes can be easily rented in my street for a few euros a day.

About Us

I am a 39 years old Frenchman. I used to work in marketing and sales but recently worked as a French teacher.
I met my girlfriend 4 years ago in Bondi, where she lives with her 2 brothers in a family house on Consett Av. she is 26 and works as a lawyer for the australian government.
I have been living in Bondi since the begining of October and would be happy to swap my appartment from mid january to mid April or further.
This is the first time I try this ; last time I shared a house in Paddington.
