nice house (100 m2), quiet and warmly, nice garden with flowers, patio, 2 bedrooms (one opening to a south ouest terrace and a little one with 2 single beds), equiped kitchen, living-room, utility room, only one shower (no bath), 2 wcs, all confort...diswasher, washing machine, tv, dvd...Toys for children. Parking easy. But No internet connexion (pure holidays).
Near the lac of Grolejac (you can swim there), South Dordogne, 12 kms from SARLAT, 12 Kms from DOMME, 12 kms from GOURDON (Lot).
Little shops on the village... River Dordogne with canoes in Grolejac.
Nice place for visiting Périgord Noir - (3 départements à voir Lot, dordogne, Corréze)

charmante maisonnette chaleureuse, moderne et agréablement décorée, charmant jardin (salon de jardin sur terrasse), petite route "verte" très calme devant (véloroute) pour accéder au lac... salle de bain simple et pas de connexion internet pour un break total.
