Description

We live in a character apartment (native timber used thought-out the apartment) with great views of Wellington harbor, city and surrounding mountain ranges. The apartment has a large living and dining-room with a very high ceiling. The apartment has a new kitchen with granite bench-top and European appliances. Bathroom with bath/shower. Washer/Dryer. The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is set up for guests with a king-single bed and a popup single bed. There is also a study which can convert into a single bed-room

Neighborhood

This is truly a fantastic location. Across the road is a marina and yacht club, containing one of Wellingtons best seafood restaurants. A 30 second walk to the left is a central city park which has a weekend farmers market. A five minute walk to the right are golden beaches that a great for swimming. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the entertainment heart of the city with cinemas, theaters, restaurants, opera houses, bars clubs and cafes. The CBD is a scenic ten minutes walk around the water-front.

About Us

I am an accountant and my husband is a lawyer. We both have family living in Wellington, who will no doubt be able to give assitance to any visitors who come to Wellington. We are always looking for new places to visit.

As we are both able to work in the UK we would also consider taking 6 months to 1 years leave from Wellington to work in London.

We are open to suggestions. We maybe able to do another non-simultaneous exhange as we have other properties.
