Description

Our home is an historic Mexican adobe townhouse built in 1964. It is charming with modern upgrades and is kept immaculately maintained. With two lovely bedrooms and two baths, our home is beautifully furnished and appointed with original artwork created by my husband. The outdoor space includes two courtyards-front and back.

Neighborhood

Quite, safe neighborhood close to shopping and Interstates 19 and 10. This is a retiree 55+ community of 20,000 with a wonderful library and many shopping opportunities within walking distance. Golf is king in Green Valley, AZ.

About Us

We are a "7 years retired" couple who volunteer, paint, travel, read, enjoy people and parties.

Andrew "Garn" was a commercial artist, Leiann "Angie" had a telecommunications career.
We are both healthy, happy and positive thinkers and doers. We have 5 successful adult children.

Destination

We have done 3 home exchanges. Exchange can be non-simultaneous, but prefer same times. July and August are very hot months here, but some don't mind it because the vegetaion is spectacular!! We are open to talk about car exchange.

Vancouver, BC or Lake Chapala, Guaymas or Alamos, Mexico are favorite choices.
In the US, any coastal city or major metro center.
