Description

This 12th floor one bedroom, 46m2 apartment, overlooks the fishing boats, yacht anchorage and beach. We are located 2 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from the center of town, all located in a safe area. There is a grocery store and pool on the premises, with a great bakery across the street. The apartment has split AC, all channel Directv and high speed internet. The bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances.

Neighborhood

Public transportation is located at the front of the building. Dozens of great restaurants are located within 6 blocks as well as supermarkets, gyms, computer stores, duty free shopping, beaches, clinics, everything you might want or need.

About Us

We are a retired couple and looking for new places to visit. Occasionally a sister, also a retired school teacher, joins us.
