Description

Built in 1882 2400 sq home. Beautifully landscaped, extra large yard for flower lovers and kids, with zip line and fort. Very big and wrap around porch with hammock. Quiet street minutes away from downtown that includes interesting victorian architecture and 30 minutes from the mountains and mountain resort. Two 1/2 hours south of Denver, two 1/2 hours north of Santa Fe. Great for someone who wants to get away from the city and relax and visit/hike/bike in the mountains.

Neighborhood

College area, great to walk in at night, very safe, never lock doos. Close to downtown, great views of mountains. Plenty of sun and shade. Never hot enough to need air conditioning.

About Us

Business owner of business consulting firm and stay at home mom. Two kids. Grew up here, traveled the world and settled back here. Great place to visit and live. Nice people, very laid back.

Destination

We would like to visit San Diego and stay on or near the beach.
