Description

400 year house recently renovated to a high standard with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms.
It is a clean and very comfortable, easily manageable, bright home and it is in a fantastic location!

The house has cental heating throughout, double glazed. The living room has a 17th century fireplace.

Neighborhood

Located in the centre of the medieval town of Le Mans (Loire valley), with it's small winding streets, lively traditional atmosphere with restaurants, pubs and all local amenities.

It has a reputation as being a friendly welcoming place and it really is a great location for exploring the west part of France.

We are 55 minutes from Paris (by TGV), 50 away from all the "Chateaux de la Loire" (Loire valley castles) and 2 hours away from the beaches of Normandy and Brittany.

The museums, theatres, and cinemas are all a 5 minute walk away, with the leisure centre and swimming pool approx.

About Us

We are a couple in our early 40's who enjoy travelling and are interested in getting to know the cultural life of a new destination - its people and way of life.

We enjoy biking, walking, reading, visit all kind of places...

We speak french, english and a little german.

My wife Silvie and I have 2 kids (our son Ulysse is 8 and our daugther Elisa-Lou is 4).





Destination

We hope for a 7/12 days exchange to London for Christmas. Or to anywhere in the UK close to the sea (with cultural/historic areas).
