A one bedroom queen size bed, new, high-end 800 square foot condominium plus den and living / dining room. Tastefully furnished. All hardwood floors. Large bathtub, separate glass door shower stall, air conditioning, high-speed internet access, washer/dryer inside the condo, balcony with table and chairs, vaccum cleaner, iron, steamer, air mattress and a feather bed (duvet) for extra guests, underground parking. T.V., DVD, full-kitchen with stove, oven, fridge & microwave. Propane BBQ on roof top. Cleaning lady once a month (additional).

Secured key-access building. Underground heat controlled parking. Car rental agency right next door. 4 hours from Montreal.

Neighborhood

Bakeries, winery & spirits, butcher, french pastry chef, groceries, coffee shops, DVD rentals, banks, dry cleaning, churches, library, parks, retail fashion stores, pharmacy, cigar store, gym, yoga, massage, The Running Room, book stores and multi-cultural restaurants right outside your door. The metro (subway), buses & taxi stand are right across the street. A few subway stops to High Park, downtown Toronto's Yonge Street, the theatre district, financial district, Eaton's Centre, CNE, clubs, CN Tower and Via rail train station. Located 20 minutes from the Toronto Pearson International airport. It's truly a taste of the Kingsway!! Located on Bloor Street West, an affluent district of Toronto.
