We offer a sunny,warm 2 level home with 180 degree views.
We enjoy all day sun from sunrise to sunset
Only 5 minutes walk to beautiful Orewa Beach, our home is adjacent to a large reserve and estuary
The three decks are perfect for outdoor eating and the large downstairs rumpus/tv area makes a spacious home for entertaining, or just sit and relax and watch the abundant bird life

Neighborhood

Our home is in a quiet cul de sac, yet close to the main road north to the famous Bay of Islands

We are close to the motorway to Auckland city 30 km away (see www.aucklandnz.com) with all the big city attractions

Orewa Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand (see www.orewabeach.co.nz)

The Hibiscus Coast/Orewa area abounds in Parks, Reserves, dozens of beaches - and golf courses galore - including the world famous Gulf Harbour Country Club

Our neighbours are friendly, helpful and quiet

About Us

Richard and Helen are both retired,engaging in some casual work from time to time, but mostly enjoying the chance to travel now.

We have enjoyed 5 wonderful exchanges so far in Australia and the UK and are now open to offers

We are very flexible with dates
