Description

Our spacious home has expansive views over the city to the alps. The living areas are open plan and extend to a large balcony which is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing. A study provides space for computer usage or quiet reading. There is a piano in the living area. The separate laundry is located near the back door for easy access to the clothesline. The main heating source comes from two heatpumps; one upstairs, one downstairs. A sheltered, private and sunny large garden has many trees and roses, fruit trees and grape vines and a vegetable plot tended regularly by a gardener.

Neighborhood

We enjoy a peaceful and safe neighbourhood of quality, established properties. Our lovely neighbours are friendly and helpful. A small park adjoins our property and a popular community centre nearby offers social events and activites such as pilates and probus clubs. A regular bus service runs past the house to the city centre. Many excellent walks and mountain bike tracks are very close by and it is only a short drive to several safe beaches. A number of superb golf courses are in and around the city.

About Us

Bob is a recently retired engineer and Pamela is a teacher. We have three adult children and one grandson. While we have lived overseas for many years, we have not entered into a house exchange before but are looking forward to the experience. We are an active couple enjoying outdoor pursuits and exploring new places.
