La maison est equipee de la climatisation, d'internet haut debit, lave-linge, seche-linge...
Joli jardin d'environ 400m2, agremente de fleurs et plantes tropicales et d'une piscine.

This is a very quite area ; you will love walk to the beach as well as to the nearest park and playgrounds.
Walking distance to restaurants and stores (included the famous Bal Harbour Shops and supermarket).
Public transportation available within 5mn by walk.
South-Beach is less than 15mn by car.

Quartier paisible et residentiel de Miami-Beach, situe entre mer et baie ;
la maison est a 10mn a pied de la plage, des plus proches commerces (dont supermarche) et restaurants.
3 parcs sont a moins de 10mn de marche.
Transport en commun (bus) a proximite.
South-Beach est a moins de 15mn en voiture.

About Us

We are a french family, living in Miami for almost 5 years.
We have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl, from 1 to 5 of age.
My husband is a sales manager for an european compagny, and I am a "perfect" Housewife" !
We can speak french, english and spanish.

Nous sommes un couple, Helene & Emmanuel, avec 3 enfants, Tom 6 ans, Ugo 3 ans et Carla-Vittoria 1 an.
Nous sommes francais et habitons Miami depuis bientot 5 ans.
Emmanuel est sales-manager et Helene s'occupe jouyeusement des 3 bambins !
Nous pourrions etre interesses par un echange avec la France pour l'ete 2008.
