Comfortable home located in a small town on the Central Coast of California. We have a lovely yard and garden with a privae hot tub on the back deck.
We live in a very beautiful area with wonderful weather. The sun shines most of the time and we never get any snow.

Neighborhood
Our home is located at 2526 F Street in Santa Margarita, California.
Santa Margarita is a small town of 1200 residents. The community of Santa Margarita has a world class restaurant, a small grocery store, a coffee shop, a liquor store, a park, a library, antique shops and a small café. All within walking distance.
It is eight miles to San Luis Obispo. Santa Margarita Lake, and Atascadero. Santa Margarita is 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
Santa Margarita is located halfway between Los Angeles to the south and San Francisco to the north. It is 200 miles to either city.
The closest medium sized towns to Santa Margarita are San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Paso Robles and Atascadero.
The weather is great. Almost always sunny with no snow.
We are in the middle of a great wine making area with many wineries close by.
