Surrounded by hiking trails, golf courses, 3 swimming & fishing lakes, and 5 minute drive or walk to the ocean & beach. Enjoy the amazing sunrises right from our living room! 30 minute drive to downtown Vancouver, 90 minute drive to Whistler, BC, 2.5 hours to Seattle, WA. Could not be better for 2010 Winter Olympic access! Walk to all major public transit / shopping / restaraunts / entertainment / hospitals / etc.

For golfers, famed Westwood Plateau Golf Course is right out our back door! For boaters, Burrard Inlet, Rocky Point Park and Reid Point Marina are just 5 minutes away. For skiiers, Grouse Mountain, Seymour Mountain and Cypress Mountain are within minutes drive, not to mention Whistler and Blackcomb....think 2010 Winter Olympics!

About Us

We are an active couple in our early 40's with 2 kids (his) ages 12 and 15. He's a Vancouver Firefighter going on 16 years, I work in finance. We have a big, close-knit family, with parents, brothers and sisters, etc. all nearby.

We love to travel, golf and explore, both on our own, or with family and friends. Happiest cooking gourmet meals and drinking fine wines at home and love to entertain, but also love to explore and experience new places, cultures, etc. Interested in all sorts of adventure travel and cultural diversity - send us your ideas!

Destination

Looking for exchange in Italy or France, preferably Mediterranean or Tuscan Village, that sleeps minimum of 4 comfortably. Would prefer somewhere warm and sunny, with a pool, with close access to trains, towns & villages, beaches and attractions, etc. Dates are flexible. Car also wanted but not necessary.
