I have a small but nice and bright flat. One bedroom. Kitchen /living room together in one.
Terrace. Washer and dryer in the apartment.
One bathroom.

Neighborhood

My apartment is in the suburb. Quiet. Short walk to the swimmingpool , shops and ather shops. Public transportation near by. 5 to 10 minutes drive to the city center. Good neighboors.
Lot of walking trails, golf course 5 minutes walk. and also only a short walk to the shore

About Us

I think my apartment is mostly a good place for couple with no children as there is only one bed.
I am a librarian. I speak english.
I have a lot of interest and is open for all kinds of exchange

Destination

I have to exchange simultaneous. But my dates could be flexible.
Perhaps if someone would come we could stay together (if it is o.k. with my gests.
