Description

Our home is a lower duplex on a treed residential street. Our home has hardwood floors, original woodwork, french doors, balcony, lots of lawn area for outdoor entertaining and gardens to enjoy. We have a comfortable living room with a wood burning limestone fireplace. There are two good sized bedrooms each with queen sized beds. A sitting room overlooks the gardens and could also be used as a bedroom if needed. Our kitchen opens on to a balcony.

Neighborhood

Our home is on a quiet residential street in Notre Dame de Grace, a few blocks away from trendy Monkland Village. We are walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks, public swimming pools, and interesting shops...public transportation is just around the corner which provides easy access to all of Montreal... Montreal offers a unique rich multicultural/multi ethnic component...

About Us

I am a librarian whose youngest of three daughters has recently moved away to attend university. I love traveling and look forward to exploring different parts of the world. I have realized that the most enjoyable way to see a country is to settle in one place, rent a car and explore. I would most likely be traveling with my sister and her husband who also enjoy exploring the world.

Destination

I am open to suggestions. In recent years I have equally enjoyed traveling through Thailand, staying in Provence and visiting Cuba. I would love to return to all three of these countries but welcome suggestions/ideas. I also am flexible re simultaeous exchanges as well.
