Description

Our flat is located in the center of Paris close to the Marais and Beaubourg. It is a 50 m2 flat with two rooms in an haussmanian bulding on the fifth floor with an elevator. There are two intercoms to get access to the building. There's a balcony and double glazing on windows.
There are a living-room , a small kitchen well equiped (oven and washing machine) and a quiet and comfy bed room.

Neighborhood

We live in the third arrondissement which is a central district where you can get to every part of Paris. Our building face the musée des arts et métiers at 5 minutes from Republique, Chatelet, les halles and le marais.

About Us

We are a couple (35 and 37 's years old). We can speak english. My wife is a psychologist and I work as a civil servant. We like travelling, went to countries around Asia Africa and Europe.
We appreciate art and culture : music, litterature, painting...We enjoy discovering other countries and meet people.

Destination

open to any countries especially big cities on winter
