Description

Our home is 3,800 sq feet beauty with all the modern amenities and comforts, including a garage. It is located in the rolling country with complete privacy. We enjoy easy access to the best skiing in New England, 25 minutes from Burlington, and many excellent restaurants.

Our home is two stories with a huge kitchen-dining area. Living room is open with lots of large windows and views into the woods and surrounding natural environment. The house is less than ten years old and is snug and well-heated in winter.

We love our home and are proud of its maintenance and homey feeling.

Neighborhood

Charlotte, Vermont is an upscale community located 20 miles south of Burlington, an internationally known magnet for its educational institutions, environmental awareness, terrific night life and restaurants, and quality of life. Charlotte offers beautiful landscapes and is located on Lake Champlain

About Us

I am a clincial psychologist and my partner, Wendy, is an educator and silk-painter. We have two sons (Jonas, 12 and Aidan, 10) living at home and an older son (Michael, 21) at university nearby. We love Charlotte and all that it offers in terms of recreation, wonderful sense of community, and ease of access to urban interests.
