Cute cosy 2-rooms apartment (55m2) with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa, eating table and work-area with 24h internet access, a kitchen with table, two balconies, one of them pointing to calm backyard. tv is currently stored away on my attic, but its certainly possible to take it down.

Neighborhood

peaceful half-residential area very near to entertainment district (10min walk) and city center (5min by tram). theres everything you need just around the corner (groceries, breakfast bar, post office, asian groceries, organic shop, restaurants, bars), plus you're at the lake in 5min by bike.
