Description

We have a tastefully decorated modern double story home overlooking the Indian Ocean. When you stand on the upstairs balcony you feel like you are on board a cruise ship. The house has a Main en Suite bedroom upstairs with its own lounge and study. Downstairs is the kitchen/scullery, dining room and main lounge. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom. The family lounge/tv room has large screen tv and bar and opens out onto the pool area. Outside is a Gazebo with built in braai.
We also have a beautiful garden cottage. The house has full security..

Neighborhood

The house is situated in the upmarket area of Glenashley/La Lucia on the North Coast and is close to the shops and restaurants. The La Lucia and Gateway Malls are in close proximity. The view from the house is magnificient and the best swimming beach is Umhlanga Rocks.

About Us

Don and I are in our early 60's. We have travelled extensively and enjoy meeting and making new friends. I take great pride in my home and enjoy decorating. We enjoy the outdoors and Golf and Rugby are my husbands loves. Our cat is very special to us and has been with us for 15 years now. She is pitch black and is very spoilt.

Destination

We wish to exchange our home with a luxury home in either Seychelles or Mauritius for maybe 2 people only and maybe 6. Our dates are flexible.
