A fully equiped study/office (Web,Printer,Fax & Photocopier) For those quite moments a library to sit in upstairs.Last but not least to make ones stay a feel good and a relaxing experience we have a house keeper that comes in twice a week.

Langwarrin is a quite suburb at the end of the motorway that conects you with Melbourne, one hour away in traffic. Langwarrin is a 15 minute drive from Port Phillip Bay and offers safe boating, fishing and swiming. Langwarrin is also only 20 minutes from the Mornington Pennisular and some of Austalia's finest wineries.

Melbourne offers a wealth of dining experiences as well as being the sporting capital of Australia. Melbourne is also proud of its culture and arts venues, we are also proud to boost that we are only an hours drive from one of the worlds most scenic drives The Great Ocean Road.

We believe that we have the best of both worlds living in Langwarrin, we are in a rual setting with the peace and quite that it offers and should we care to join the madding crown that is the city of Melbourne we are only 45 minutes away. Langwarrin offers a wide selection of local shops including shopping malls and is only 15 minutes away from the safe andy beaches of Port Phillip Bay.

We have a wide variety of restaurants, including, Indian, Greek, Thia, Chinese, Italian and locally grown produce.

About Us

We Christopher and Deborah 59 & 45 years old, fit and healthy. We are non smokers and have been retired for the last 6 months having sold our business. We enjoy an active social life that centers around our friends and our home.

We spend many hours in our garden and enjoy the quite life after years being the print/mailing business.

We are both ex-poms and would like to spend a typical cold Christmas with our family and friends back in the UK from the 12th December 2007 till the end of January 2008.
