Description

Our house, recently renovated, offers 4 spacious bedrooms. It is comfortable, fully equipped (central air-conditionning, all standard equipment such as micro-waves, dishwasher, etc.). You will find everything you need to rest and relax (beautiful terrace, BBQ) and entertainment for you and your kids (3 tvs, as many DVD's, numerical tv, high fidelity sound system with 300 cd's, high speed internet). The house is located 30 seconds away form the longest cycling path in the world (you can view the picture attached) and yet, only 15 minutes away from down-town Montreal.

Neighborhood

The sourroundings are very quiet, wooden area, a hidden jem in the Montreal area as you are in the middle of the nature and still, very close to down-town Montreal. Also, all services are within a 5 minute drive distance or 10 minutes on a bike. We include our bi-cycles in the exchange.

About Us

We are a couple of professionnals (37 and 52 years old) with three kids (3 to 16 years old). We are attentionate, respectful and take good care of our belongings. We will do the same with yours. There is a lot to see and do around our place: the advantage of a big city and the proximity of the canadian wild nature (no more than a 2 hour drive). We will tell you about all that!
