Description

our house has 2 floors and 6 rooms (three bedrooms upstairs / many stairs) it is a very comfortable home in a very quiet area (though 1 minute from the town center). it's got three bathrooms: bath in one / shower in the second / toilets and sink in the third). parents'bedroom is quite large(with shower) + two other bedrooms with twin beds.(convenient for kids from 5 to 15)
our kitchen is spacious (25 square meters) our living room opens up on a nice flowery garden. The house is L-shaped wich means nice practical terrace at the front (kitchen side) and nice garden at the back (300 square meters / with swings and huts for kids). You can park the car in the garage.he house is very well equipped with modern items like computer, internet connections, satellite dishes etc..(three computers). on saturday, you can walk down to the picturesque and (so) famous market (5 minutes walk) and buy fresh food or clothes. we have done many house exchanges before, our guests were very happy about their experience (barcelona / washington / bretagne ..)/

Neighborhood

quite neighbourhood, very friendly neighbours who are used to seeing 'strangers' in our house (we are familiar with home exchanges). the town center is really close; if you want to visit the area, we are in between many famous cities: lyon (1 h 30 drive) saint etienne (30 minutes) clermont ferrand (auvergne / volcanoes)1 h drive, Paris (4hours drive) le grau du roi (seaside) 3 hours drive.
if you like hiking and mountain biking, Montbrison is the right place for you (monts du forez); the public swimming pool is 5 minutes walk from home, so is our beautiful 'jardin d'Allard' (public park)
Well, what else? come and see for yourself, you won't regret it !
buses , trains vey close. 1 minute drive from hospital.

About Us

My husband is a computer designer / drawing 3D plans for buildings. I am an English teacher in high school. we have four nice children Heiko (boy) is 10, matisse is 8, keliann is 5, and sacha is 3.
I love sports (practise volleyball competition and swimming) my husband is more the internet / computer type.We have many friends (some of them since we were kids). Our passion and biggest ambition is to make our kids happy, and of course to find a good compromise between work and fun.
our main qualities are honesty, sincerity and humour.
our faults? well, we have none (just kidding..) I hate hypocrisy , my husband can't stand rudeness from people .
we are a nice couple, been together for 10 years (quite a record these days!). we love children and life.

Destination

we would like a house in the south of france or anywhere close to the beach (we love water sports). as teachers, we only have school holidays: but we don't mind exchanging houses for easter / summer / christmas holidays.
we have four children so we need 5 beds a minimum of two bedrooms.
we are non smokers.no pets. we'd like a small garden for the children to play.
if possible not too far from a city. shopping facilities.
we don't mind non-simultaneous exchanges.
