Very colorful, cute, and sunny one bedroom second floor flat. Tastefully decorated with art from around the world. Two porches along the front and rear of the flat. Large eat-in kitchen with all appliances. Separate laundry room, perfect for storingand drying winter ski equiptment.

Neighborhood

Centrally located, colorful 2nd floor flat in a quiet treelined neighborhood of beautiful Burlington, Vermont. Downtown Burlington, with winter nightlife and dining, is only a 10 minute walk from our flat. Lake Champlain, overlooking the Adorandack Mountains of New York State is a five minute walk. World Class Nordic and Alpine Skiing is only 25-40 minutes by car. The best place to base yourself for daytime winter adventures and nightime dining and nightlife in Vermont.

About Us

We are two young professionals, in our late twenties. We enjoy kayaking, alpine and nordic skiing, cooking, and gardening. We speak some Spanish and French.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchanges preffered. Our flat is available for your use anytime from January 2008 through May 2008. We wish to travel sometime June 2008- December 2008.
