Description

We have a luxury 2 bedroom, 1885 Victorian home in a very central location (between the Haight and Castro Districts) in San Francisco. The home is attractively yet comfortably furnished with art and antiques. It was recently remodeled. The home comes with driveway parking for your car and also has a well maintained rear garden and a sunny rear deck.

There is easy access to all sorts of public transportation, including 5 bus lines, SF Muni subway lines, and to BART. All of these will take you downtown, to the civic center museums, to the Giant’s stadium etc. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the “F” line on Market Street, which are the old fashioned streetcars which take you directly to and from the Fisherman Wharf area.

We are looking for either a short term, local exchange, or a long term (anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days) to Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, Manhattan. Open to all offers.

There are 2 of us, a couple, both in our mid 50’s, experienced exchangers (12 exchanges), very responsible, and with references if needed.

Neighborhood

Our condo has easy access to all forms of public transportation. There are 5 bus lines and access to Muni Metro and Bart, all within a five minute walk. With a 10 minute walk, you can get on the "F" line, a line of old fashioned trolly cars which come and go to Fisherman's wharf.

The condo is within easy walking distance to a Safeway grocery store, and an easy walk to either the Castro or Haight Ashbury commercial districts.

About Us

We are a couple, both in our mid 50's and experienced exchangers (12 so far). There are no children or pets on our end of the exchange. However, you may bring a child as long as the child is not a tottler. The house is filled with art and antiques and is not child proofed.

Destination

Our condo laws do not permit pets. Sorry. We are interested in Hawaii, particularly Kona Coast area. But, all offers considered.
