Description

Nestled beside the Black Sea, literally about 3 minutes walk from a lovely secluded beach. The 3 bedroom apartment is on the first floor, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking tall green trees and swimming pools, adult pool and childrens pool. Set in its own grounds, with 24 hour security and privacy assured. Fully furnished and equipped for self catering, with cable tv, air conditioning, table and chairs on balcony. Clean linen supplied in bedrooms, ample wardrobe space. There's a convenience store and coffee shop next to the apartment, and a bus stop out on the roadway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and prices are very inexpensive, good food, especially seafood, and lots of good local beers.

Neighborhood

Nessebar itself is a beautiful old town and World Heritage site with ancient ruins, a short ride on a bus takes you there for next to nothing. Sunny beach, the best place for entertainment and nite life is another 5 min bus hop from Nessebar. The apartment complex is managed by friendly English speaking staff. We can arrange for someone to meet you at Burgas airport and bring you to and from the apartment. If your place is superior to ours we are willing to allow more time for you to stay.

About Us

We are a couple in our 40s living in Ireland, Philip and Denise. I invest in properties and Denise works in health care. We are quite flexible in when we can take vacation. We both love the outdoors, trekking, cycling, watersports, etc. Would like to meet others with whom we can exchange. We are responsible and will look after your place as if our own.

Destination

Simultaneous or non simultaneous okay. If your place is superior to ours we are willing to allow more time for you to stay.
