Description

I am exchanging an apartment above a furniture store in Falmouth, Mass. USA. The apartment is a walk away from the main street with lots of stores, restaurants and bars, and a slightly longer walk away from the beach. There are plenty of things to do in the summer. The apartment is quiet, private, and has a parking space. It is also very clean.

Neighborhood

The area is a small vacation town: population 30,000 during the winter, 90,000 during the summer. There are many many beaches, many restaurants and lots of things to do during the summer.

About Us

I'm a 19 year old student who is just now graduating from highschool. I study Russian and Arabic, and I am looking to achieve fluency in Russian over next summer, so I want to spend my summer in Moscow. I am looking for an apartment and work, so if you have any information on either of these subjects, that would be great. (Я говорю хорошо по–русский, хотя пока нет отлично). I will be working somewhere in the city, so metro accessibility is great, preferably within a 10 minute walk.

Destination

My apartment is open to a longer stay than my trip, that is, you can move in earlier than i leave, and leave later than I return. I have no preference for who I exchange with, except that they have an apartment on or inside the ring road, and that they be able to ONLY smoke outside for the summer if they are a smoker as there is no smoking in my apartment. My dates are fairly flexible, but I would like to be in Moscow for as long as possible.
