My hometown is the capital of the world. We are offering a beautiful 1 bedroom in NY's East Village for a swap. Perfect for up to 4 people. The building is only 6 years old and the apartment offers 270 degree from the 10th floor with views spanning from north to midtown through downtown. The apartment and building are immaculately maintained. You can walk to Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho, Noho, Union Square, Grenwich Village, East Village and Lower East Side. You are a 5 min walk to the subway with access anywhere, and cabs are plentiful after all this is ny! We have high speed wireless, wireless printer, cable DVR, hi-fi, 42" plasma, espresso machine, gym, and laundry room to make your stay that much more enjoyable.
