Description

Our holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining area. The kitchen is separate. Both the bedrooms and the living area have casement windows that open onto wrought iron balconies. The home is approx 75m2. The apartment has been renovated but still retains a typical Spanish feel. It is on the 1st floor and there isn't a lift. It was the character and charm of the home that attracted us!

Neighborhood

The Old City of Girona has so much to offer. The apartment is situated in the heart of the city just below the Catheral. From here it's easy to explore all of the museums, art galleries, shops and restaurants. This is a vibrant area with an amazing history. From here it is easy to visit Barcelona (approx 1hr away) and to go over the border to France. There are many superb beaches close by if you decide that you want the best of both worlds!

About Us

We are an English family living in New Zealand. I am just trying my hand at writing and my husabnd is a dentist. We have 3 grown up chidren and have traveled quite a bit. We will be traveling as a couple but if any of the girls were free we would obviously invite them to join us! We love to explore different parts of the world, the sights and smells and the culture. We have exchanged before and it worked really well.

Destination

Exchanging to the Pacific Islands or Australia would be fine for a short stay (given that we live in NZ) If we were to find something further afield, then we would like to consider anything from 2weeks to 6 mths) As you can see we are extremely flexible.
