Description

Big appartement with 2 sleeping rooms (1 bed for 2 + 2 individual beds), one big living-room (including one couching sofa).
This is a new apartment (constructed in 2006) with fully equiped kitchen and thus perfect for your holidays !
There´s a shared swimming pool for the owners of the apartments in the block. There is also a garage for the cars.
The apartment is in front of the sea (ria) with lots of surrounding moutains. This is our secondary house and we are thus very open for the dates of home exchange and this can be a non simultaneous exchange.

Appartement avec 2 chambre (1 grand lit + 2 lits individuals), un salon espacieux, qu’inclut un canapé lit. La cuisine est completment equipé et c’est un endroit fantastique pour les vacances.
C’est un appartement très nouveaux (construit l’année 2006).
Il y a une piscine partagée par les mêmbres de la résidance. Il y aussi un garege pour les voitures.
L’appartment est devant la mer (ria) et entouré aun même temps des montaignes. Il s’agit d’une maison secondaire don’t on est assez ouverte pour les dates de l’échange et cela peut être un échange non simultané.


Neighborhood

The apartment is situated in Limpias (Cantabria) in the north of Spain and is in front of the sea (ria) with lots of surrounding moutains.
It is 30min. from Santander, 30min. to Bilbao.
This is ideal to go to the beach (5minutes by car), to go trekking, to do nautic sports.
The neighbourhood is very calm and ideal for everybody, families with children, couples....

L’appartement se situe à Limpias (Cantabria) dans le nord d’Espagne, il est devant la mer (rio) et entouré des motaignes. Il se trouve à 30 min. De Bilbao, où il y a plein de choses à visiter, et à 30 de Santander.
C’est un endroit privilegió, car la plage se trouve à 5 min en voiture, on peut faire aussi de randoné, des sports acuatiques, visites des zones d’at prehistorique et roman.
Le voisage et les alentours sont très tranquiles, c’est ideal pour tout le monde, familles avec des enfants, couples…

About Us

We are five people, but the exchange could be just with 2-3 people of us depending on dates.We like to discover other countries and cultures. We are really open to any proposal and any location.

On est 5 personnes, mais l'échange pourrais se réaliser just avec 2-3 personnes d'entre nous, selon les dates. Nous aimons connaîtres des autres pays et cultures. On est très ouvertes avec les dates et les propositions d'echange.

This is a second house so we are very flexible. This can be a non simultaneous exchange.
