Beautiful, 2 storey, private, country house situated amidst orange groves. Wonderful views overlooking countryside and hills. Luxurious accommodation, large lounge with Sky TV,cd,dvd,video. Large music collection. Landscaped garden with 13 metre pool and terrace with coola shades & B.B.Q Pommegranite, lemon and orange trees and summer house. Full air conditioning. Large kitchen with separate utility room.Our house is a wonderful, comfortable, haven surrounded by nature. There is a small gym and a variety of exercise dvd's and videos should you be interested in keeping fit.
All sorts of kitchen equipment for lovers of cooking and good food.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is agricultrual with only a few houses. The village of Canals is a 5 minute drive away with the town of Xativa and its historical Castle, museum and restaurants 7 kilomteres away. The city of Valencia is 45 minutes by car or by train from Xativa. Wonderul walking area, wonderful weather and real Spanish villagers.Freshly grown produce always easy to obtain.

About Us

We have our own business but are slowing down now and trying to have more time to enjoy life. We love walking, cooking, exercising, countryside, mountains, rivers and lakes and TV.. Fluent Spanish, English.

Destination

Happy for a long week end or for a longer period. Not somewhere too hot. Flexible with dates. Would like a comfortable, house, boat, cabin although prefer spacious homes.We do have 2 small dogs but are non smokers.
