Tauranga is the country’s fastest growing city, offering lifestyle & temperate climate. Mild winters & cool summers, the Bay of plenty region is a major fruit growing area. Sailors paradise or enjoy canoeing, swimming in summer, local country/harbour walks or explore the Bay of plenty region. Centrally located, just over 1 hour north of the famous thermal wonderland of Rotorua. Only 1 hour south of the beautiful Coromandel Peninsular with stunning beaches and forests.
Only 20 minutes drive to the holiday mecca of Mt Manganui with its white surf beaches. Swim with the dolphins or take a fishing trip into the pacific ocean. . Safe friendly neighbourhood situated in the countryside yet only a 7 min drive to a shopping centre. The best of both worlds

English speaking Christian Husband & Wife. Manager & Educator, European decent New Zealanders in early 40s. Lived in Europe, 2003-04 with teenage children. Interested in people, culture, religion, politics & Travel. Enjoy walking, architecture & good food.

Available for non-simultaneous exchange. Apartment is beside our family home. We plan to travel extensivly in years to come.
