Georgious Villa in fabulous location - minutes from the beach and marina, with private heated swimming pool. fountain and fish pond. Our home is ideally located for the children and golf lovers. Yet for those of us who want to 'chill out' the villa has plasma tv's, internet, bose system, games and quiet room. Every mod. con with cleaner, poolman and gardener.
Villa consists of 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, study, quiet lounge, large balcony upstairs and downstairs a large dining/lounge and open plan kitchen which leads out onto the large patio/ barbacue area and 10 mtr swimming pool.

Neighborhood

Situated in Marbella, Costa del Sol (not the centre) beachside within few minutes walking of beach, 10 minute walk down the beach to the Capopino marina. The location is perfect for shops, an abundance of restaurants and beach bars. short walk to public transport. Alternatively, spend some quiet time in your own quiet private surroundings.

About Us

We are originally from England, but have spent all our working life travelling. We have lived and worked in Germany, France, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and spent a wonderful 10 years in China before returning to Europe. Our family, unfortunately not a large family but very close consist of a son, daughter-in-law and two wonderful grand-children. They of course only spend holidays in Spain. We love to travel and see 'home swop' as a wonderful opportunity to continue to visit beautiful Countries. Our home is perfect for anyone's holidays. Our neighbours are German, Spannish and Dutch. We speak poor German, French, Spannish and even worse Chinese.
As we have anotgher home in England we can accept most dates

Destination

We can offer a non-simultaneous exhcange, our dates are very flexible. We do not want Spain, Portugal or UK but anywhere would be considered.
