Walking distance to highly regarded Sarasota Memorial hospital and specialised medical services; supermarket;gourmet market restaurants; cinema, shopping, and world-famous Selby Botanical Gardens (known for their orchids). All of this but our shaded street is quiet enough to hear the birds and cicadas.

A small private bay that opens onto Sarasota Bay is within 2 minutes' walk.
