2 storey house with ocean views from the upstairs diningroom and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with their own ensuites. 1 bedroom downstairs in self contained flat, with double bed. 1 bedroom upstairs, with double bed. Lock up garage. Bus to local train station in 10mins, Train to Perth city takes 15mins, or drive to the city in 20mins. Unsuitable for pets. Quiet area with several parks close by, surrounded by quality homes.

Neighborhood

Easy, safe 7min walk to a nice beach with calm water. Walk along the beach to a marina with restaurants and activities Contains the West Australian Aquarium. There are 2 parks with children's play equipment within 4 mins walk of the house. A bus stop is located 2mins away that runs to the train station. Perth (the capital city of W.A.) is only 15mins by fast electric train. A major shopping centre with a large range of shops is only 2kms away.

About Us

We are a retired couple, aged 58 and 60. My husband was a commercial building supervisor and I was a civil engineering draftswoman. We belong to a 4 wheel drive club. Keith has a private pilots license. We have a fibreglass boat and enjoy crabbing and fishing. We have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. We only speak English.
We are able to offer private accommodation in the self contained flat downstairs, even if we are unable to get away. We would be glad to help accommodate anyone on this basis. We can assist with travel planning to and from Western Australia and within the state.

Destination

We do not mind this being a non-simultaneous exchange, our dates are flexible. We can accommodate people privately in our self contained flat.
