Description

Our 3,000 sq ft home is located just off of Island Park Drive in Westboro - easy access to downtown.

4 Bedrooms + Computer room + 3 bathrooms on 2nd floor; eat-in kitchen + dining room + living room. Large, private backyard. Basement with pool table and tv room.

Ottawa is a 2 hour drive to Montreal and a 4 hour drive to Toronto.

We also would be willing to exchange our home in Mt Tremblant, Quebec which is a 2 hour drive from Ottawa (see ref 6035) allowing you to see different areas of Canada.

Neighborhood

The street is well treed and quite beautiful and runs parallel to Island Park Drive - where many of the embassies are located. Bike paths take you right from our door to the Ottawa River and the Rideau River Canal pathways. A park is right behind us, across the street.

About Us

Our family of 5 includes our adult daughter of 24 now working as a medical sales rep in Toronto, our other adult daughter of 21 now completing her studies in Denmark and our 17 yr old son now in his final high school year. My wife works for the Canadian government research labs as a business manager and I work in high tech as a CEO of an early stage semiconductor company.

We speak English and French.

Destination

We also have property at Tremblant which can be used as part of the exchange. See ref 6035.

We are interested in a location that can serve as a base for sightseeing and road biking, although we are open to all options!
