Description

My home is located in the Southern California,surf city USA. It has been newely remodeled with 2 floors. It is a quiet area with 4 pools and playgrounds. You can feel safe walking around the property.You don't need air condtioning because I am close to the Pacific ocean (3 miles).There are fans in the house too.There is carpet uptairs and wood downstairs. There is a lot of California sunshine from the back patio where there is a BBQ for cooking. There is a DVD,TV and radio downstairs. The decor in each room is unique from indian, mexican to modern. There are 2 bicycles in the garage and parking for two cars. Internet is also available.

Neighborhood

My neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. There is a hospital 5 min/ away. Stores are close. It is about 45 min from Los Angeles airport and 25 min. to Disneyland. Huntington beach is 3 miles away. Skiing is 2 hours away. Las vegas is 3-4 hours away. You can also fly (1 hour). There is a bus station nearby.San Diego is 2 hours away. You will love my home.

About Us

We are Spanish teachers and I am an interpreter/translator. We love to travel every summer. I speak a little french too.

Destination

I want to live in the city center of Paris, France, Madrid,Spain or Rome,Italy. I want to stay in the big cities or nearby towns. I am ok with other cities in these countries if they are close to the center. I would like to maybe split the 2 weeks in two countries or half time on an island if you have a second home. I also have a second home in Acapulco, Mexico (in the south).
