Description

This is a lovely, newly remodeled top floor flat of a Victorian duplex. Two bedrooms, one bath, and an open eat-in kitchen and living room floor plan, make for a perfect home base for a San Francisco stay. The kitchen and living room work beautifully for dinner parties. The rooms are light-filled and we have two full bedrooms--one with a queen bed an the other with a double bed. DSL, cable, and computer are available for use. We have two sweet and mellow cats and friendly, helpful neighbors.


Neighborhood

Our house is in the charming neighborhood of Bernal Heights on a quiet tree-lined street. We are minutes from public transit and situated near cute shops, delicious restaurants, a farmers' market, a health food market, a beautiful park, and lots of other attractions. Easy access to downtown, the Castro, and the Mission district.

Our car is available for use.




About Us

We are a couple without children. One of us is in our 30s. The other is in our 40s. Matt is a former professional surfer and now a recreational surfer and surf writer. Jodi is a book editor at Chronicle Books. We speak English and a tiny bit of Spanish.
