Description

Our Studio is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego. We have an amazing view of the Coronado Bridge and are about eight blocks away from the Gaslamp District. If you love the downtown scene it is perfect. This building is considered a mid-rise and has eight floors. We are located on the 4th Floor. We also have a gym that you can have access to and one parking spot in an underground garage. There is lots to do here whether it is going to the bars/clubs or enjoying some nice eats in the downtown area. We are about 10 minutes away from the beach via car and are as central as you can get for San Diego. Our studio is very clean and has all new appliances and amenities. This building is less than two years old. What else can I say?

Neighborhood

Like I said we are in the heart of downtown. You can walk to shops, pubs, and good restaurants. We are also located five blocks for the trolley which can get you around the San Diego area. We are also two or three blocks from the ballpark that the world famous Padres play each season.

About Us

My future husband and myself are both working professionals who love to travel when we have the time. We do not have kids but one big lab/retreiver mix (he will not be at the house if we do a swap). We have done a house swap with someone in NYC once (not through this site) and it was perfect. We are very open to travel to new areas.

Destination

We are very flexible with the dates. We would like to swap simultaneously if possible. We are really looking to do a swap with someone in Boston or NYC in October but still open to other locations :)
