Description

Home is situated within the foothills of the Catalina Mountains overlooking the City of Tucson. Home is 2-story and was built in 2000. All aspects of the home say quality and comfort. Interior has been decorated nicely, with all of the amentities to make your stay comfortable including flat screen tvs (living room, family room & master bedroom), surround sound in house and backyard, gourmet kitchen, new furnishings, etc. Backyard is an oasis with a large swimming pool, spa, fire pit, sport court, outdoor kitchen, pool table and numerous patio furniture. Master bedroom has "Sleep Number" bed, sitting area, large bathroom with jaccuzi tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. Living room has coaches, chairs and a fireplace. Each of the other bedrooms are comfortably furnished. There is a computer with high speed internet access. TV reception is by satelite. There is a four car garage with various vehicles available for exchange (seating up to 7).

Neighborhood

Our home is situated within a gated community overlooking the City of Tucson and the La Paloma golf course. The neighborhood also has great views of the Santa Catalina Mountains located only about 1 km away. The immediate neighborhood is comprised of similar houses with typically younger families and some retirees. Three golf courses are located within two miles of the home, with other recreational amenities nearby.

About Us

Our family is comprised of Jim (father), Karen (mother) and four children ranging in age from 13 to 18. Our oldest son is in university locally and does not reside at home. The other three attend schools located close to the house. Jim is in commercial real estate, while Karen is CEO of the homestead. Our interests are varied. We are looking for an exchange during the summer of 2008 and are open for most offers. We also have a second home in Colorado that is available for exchange.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchange is possible since we have a holiday home. Non-smokers. We are experienced exchangers (7). Short term exchanges in SW USA would also be possible.
