Description

I have a cute studio apartment in the heart of Paris, in a modern building, with a balcony and a great view over the city. It's situated at the 7th floor with an elevator.
My apartment has big windows, so it's very bright. It has a wood parquet on the floor.
The little kitchen has a microwave and hotplates, a toaster and a food mixer. There is a bath tube in the bathroom.
I have a TV, video and DVD player, a lot of DVDs and books, a fast Internet access. There is also a washing machine.

Neighborhood

My apartment is situated in a nice area in the 10th arrondissement. It is very closed to the romantic Canal Saint Martin.
A lot of shops, markets, restaurants and cafés around.
The underground station and the bus station are at the bottom of the building. You can also rent bicycles.

About Us

I'm a journalist. I'm French and I speak English quite well. I love to travel and to discover other countries and cultures. I may travel with a friend.
I'm tidy and I will take care of your home like my own! Don't hesitate to contact me if you want more information.

Destination

I'd like to travel in Italy, Portugal or Spain the last week of June 2008. But I 'm open to all destinations, all year.
I would prefer non-simultaneous exchange if possible.
